High initial adhesion, ensuring uninterrupted continuous line operation. After extensive practical application verification by customers, under high temperature conditions (>45°C, particle board, glue application rate of 130g/㎡), the initial adhesion force reaches over 60N. After 15-30 minutes, the strength increases to over 80N. Factory line operations can quickly proceed to the drilling and grooving process, enhancing production efficiency. Single machine operations ensure no edge peeling for narrow edge banding. The winter version 70570W/70571W, after extensive on-site low-temperature application verification by customers, demonstrates excellent performance under low temperature conditions. For particle board with a glue application rate of 120-130g/㎡, the initial adhesion force reaches over 60N, and after 15-30 minutes, the strength increases by 20N. Under low temperature conditions, the tensile strength steadily and continuously increases, ultimately reaching over 140N. 3. Stable aging resistance. At a reasonable operating temperature of 130-150°C, the glue state is fine and smooth. This effectively avoids the problem of tube blockage caused by excessively high viscosity. With stable aging resistance, the glue state and performance remain stable even after prolonged heating, and the glue disc is less prone to producing old glue residue. 4. For multi-material and 18MM thick boards, the 70570 has achieved a yield rate of 8000m~10000m through extensive practical use by customers, gaining their recognition. 5.
