Istanbul Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals Exporters' Association (IDDMIB) is the leading representative body for Turkey’s metals export sector. Through regular consultations with industry leaders and associations, we identify challenges, develop actionable solutions, and implement activities to drive export growth.

Our key services and activities include:

Organizing national participations at leading international trade fairs
Arranging trade delegations and market research trips
Delivering tailored training programs for companies targeting foreign market
Facilitating R&D and design competitions to connect industry, academia, and entrepreneurs
Publishing sector-specific and country analysis reports for members
Conducting sectoral UR-GE projects and meetings

Sub-sectors we represent: Aluminum, Armature, Copper, Casting, Home & Kitchenware, Metal Packaging, Metal Hardware, and Construction Materials.

We also produce promotional materials, magazines, and catalogs, and organize seminars to keep members informed on industry developments. Through initiatives such as the İMMİB Design Competitions, we promote design innovation and value-added product development.

Aligned with Turkey’s national export goals, including the $25 billion target set for our sector in the Republic’s centennial year, we actively participate in the Ministry of Trade’s “Breakthrough in Export” projects and collaborate with member companies to enhance international competitiveness and sustainable export growth.
